Anthony Pearson Sr. is a strategic business intelligence professional with over 17 years of experience turning complex data into strategic and actionable insights that fuel growth and continuous improvement. He has a proven track record of managing high-performing analytics teams, designing scalable data reporting solutions, and advising all levels of leadership to drive organizational efficiency through data-driven decision-making. Beyond his technical expertise, Anthony is a passionate mentor who has empowered numerous analysts and engineers to excel in their careers and elevate the standards of analytical excellence.

While balancing a corporate career, he established a creative arts organization by the name of Written Against Cultural Stagnation and published a book of poetry by the same name in 2009 under WACS Publishing. WACS publishing provided a platform for many local writers and artists from Newark, NJ and beyond, to display their artistic expression through the WACS Online website and an online radio platform. After moving to GA in 2011, Anthony opened Un4Scene Sites, a bookstore and art gallery in Lithonia, GA before transitioning back into the data analytics space. By fusing his passion for expression, data literacy, creativity, and community, Un4Scene Sites now offers curated content and creative design, along with providing data consultations and offering digital advertisement and photography services to small businesses designed to spark inspiration, promote awareness, and champion growth.
